1. Our Products

The Sports Madness offers sports-related products, including personalized medal hangers and custom sports-themed products.

Some products may be personalized according to information, photographs, logos, names, numbers, text, artwork, or other materials submitted by the customer.

Because personalized products are made according to individual customer specifications, the final product may differ slightly in appearance, color, placement, size, finish, or other visual characteristics from images displayed on the Website due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, materials, or reasonable production variations.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

Our products may be purchased for sports persons of different ages.

However, orders involving a person who is not legally capable of entering into a contract should be placed with the involvement or authorization of a parent, guardian, or other legally responsible person where required by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, making payment, or communicating with us.

3. Account Registration and Google Sign-In

Customers may be able to create or access an account using Google Sign-In or other available login methods.

When using Google Sign-In, you authorize the relevant authentication service to provide the information necessary to authenticate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities carried out through your account.

4. Product Information and Pricing

However, minor variations may occur, particularly for personalized products.

Prices displayed on the Website may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed, subject to any obvious pricing error or technical issue.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges will be displayed or communicated as applicable before completion of the order.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Website, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, delivery address, product selection, and customization instructions.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been made, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund practices.

6. Personalized and Customized Orders

• Artwork

We will use the information and materials you provide to create the personalized product you have ordered.

You are responsible for checking your customization details before submitting the order.

Once customization or production has started, changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for mistakes in personalization caused by incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Customer-Submitted Photographs, Logos, and Designs

By submitting a photograph, logo, artwork, design, name, team information, or other material to us, you represent that:

1. You have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to provide the material to us; and
2. Our use of the submitted material for fulfilling your order does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organization.

You authorize us to reproduce, modify, format, resize, print, manufacture, and otherwise use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to create and deliver your customized product.

You remain responsible for any third-party rights associated with material you submit.

8. Sports Team Names, Logos, and Trademarks

Customers may submit professional or other sports team names, logos, marks, player names, or related designs for customized products.

Submitting such content does not mean that The Sports Madness claims ownership of any third-party trademark, logo, team identity, or intellectual property.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

We may refuse, modify, or cancel a customization request where we reasonably believe that the submitted content is unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

9. Permission to Use Customer-Submitted Content for Marketing

By submitting photographs, designs, logos, or other customized materials, you grant The Sports Madness permission to use the resulting customized product and associated customer-submitted content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, including:

• Website displays
• Social media
• Advertising
• Marketing materials
• Product portfolios
• Promotional posts
• Other promotional channels operated by or for The Sports Madness

We may crop, resize, edit, or otherwise format the content as reasonably necessary for marketing purposes.

We will not knowingly use submitted material for an unrelated purpose beyond our business activities without an appropriate legal basis or permission where required by law.

10. Cancellation Policy

A customer may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placing the order.

After the 1-hour cancellation period has expired, the order may have entered the production or customization process and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where an order has already been customized, produced, packed, or dispatched, cancellation will generally not be available, subject to applicable law.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible when requesting cancellation.

11. Returns and Refunds

Because personalized and customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s submitted requirements, customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund merely because the customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or selected the wrong customization.

However, this restriction does not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Where a product is delivered:

• damaged during shipping,
• defective,
• materially different from the product ordered,
• incorrectly personalized due to an error attributable to us, or
• otherwise not in accordance with the agreed product specifications,

the customer should contact us promptly with relevant order details and clear photographs or other evidence of the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy available under applicable law.

Our return/refund process does not limit statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian e-commerce rules require applicable return, refund, exchange and related information to be disclosed clearly and place obligations concerning defective, deficient, incorrectly described/agreed, or certain late-delivered goods.

12. Shipping and Delivery

At present, The Sports Madness ships orders within India only.

For personalized products, our current expected processing time is approximately 1 day for the product to be ready, after which the order is generally dispatched on the next day, subject to order volume, customization requirements, payment confirmation, holidays, force majeure events, and other operational circumstances.

Actual delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping or courier provider, destination, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing schedule.

Where a delivery is materially delayed beyond the stated delivery schedule, applicable consumer rights and remedies may apply.

13. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or inaccurate contact information supplied by the customer.

Where a shipment is returned because of customer-provided incorrect information or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping or re-delivery costs may apply where legally permissible.

14. Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect the package and product after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Order details
• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Any other information reasonably required to investigate the shipping damage

We may require photographs or other evidence before arranging an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.

15. Payments

Orders placed through the Website may be processed using third-party payment service providers.

We do not control or guarantee the availability, security, or operation of third-party payment systems.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless we expressly offer another payment arrangement.

If a payment is reversed, declined, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may cancel or suspend the associated order.

Where a complaint is formally lodged, we may provide a complaint/reference number to help track its status, as applicable to our e-commerce operations. 26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with The Sports Madness shall be subject to the applicable courts and legal forums having jurisdiction in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Nothing in this clause is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.
